People Of Fawdon Back BNP's Bring Our Boys Home Campaign

Newcastle BNP held a tabletop stall in the Fawdon ward with a lot of the residents taking time out of their day to sign the petition.

Anita Cooper, Fawdon ward's prospective local candidate for the 5th May 2011 elections said she was very pleased with the feedback.

Anita told the Patriot, "I think we'll do well here in May - my daughter and I have already been canvassing with the petition and the response on the doorstep is phenomenal.

"The majority of those who signed the petition also ticked the box to say that they wanted to stay in touch."

The team was confident that this support will translate into votes and look forward to putting a lot of effort into this very promising area.
