Clinton West, 23 of Deepdale Crescent, Cowgate will not be deported and will not see jail despite thieving £25,000 from a local charity.
The con-man who had ran an organisation named 'Dance Factor', forged invoices in the latter part of 2009, which totalled £24,803 of stolen cash.
After his arrest, he told officers that he had spent the money on casinos, food, drink and taxis - living a high life that most others can't.
He was sentenced to a suspended 12 month jail term and to complete 240 hours of 'unpaid' work whilst still receiving all of the tax payer funded perks asylum seekers enjoy.
The charity that West conned was the 'North of England Refugee Service' - A charity which receives funding from Newcastle's council tax payers.

This just illustrates what is happening to OUR Nation. Asylum seekers receive a 'slap on the wrist', while we indigenous Brits are being repressed, or should I say dispossessed.
Both my parents were born in Newcastle, and were proud Geordie. They would be totally appalled by the situation today!
