Adam Walker Cleared By General Teaching Council

Adam Walker, one of the North-East's hardest working Activists and not surprisingly one of the North-East's most persecuted members has had a case against him for religious and racial intolerance thrown out.

Adam said, "It's a fantastic opportunity for everybody to see that democracy is still alive and that we still have free speech in this country."

Adam was suspended from his position before resigning from Houghton Kepier Sports College in Houghton Le Spring after the headmaster asked IT staff to launch an investigation into his computer usage.

He was brought before a GTC disciplinary panel after posting on internet forums regarding the rise in popularity of the BNP, back in March 2007.

In November 2008, a leading trade unionist, Judy Moorhouse who is a former president of the National Union of Teachers was forced to stand down from the panel due to potential bias against Adam, an act that was procured by 'Solidarity' - the only decent, non-political trade union left.

Alas, in May 2010, the case was thrown out and Adam was judged not to be intolerant of different races and religions, and looks forward to returning to teaching.

Hopefully next time, the establishment will think twice before wasting your money on political persecution.
